Scholarships  For  Eagles™

SCHOLARSHIPS FOR EAGLES™ awarded 9 college scholarships (3 at $1,000 and 6 at $500) for Fall 2017. We will award 6 college scholarships ($500 each) in the Spring 2018.  Thank you Pat Peavley (CEO and Founder of McLean Mortgage) for funding.   Click on image, to left, to download scholarship application.  Applications must be received by Friday, May 11, 2018.   Scholarship award notifications will be made on Friday, May 25, 2018.

Scholarships award winners ($1,000 each) for Fall 2017 are 3 Brothers, (see photo below) who are the first blind triplets in the 107-year history of the Boy Scouts to achieve the rank of Eagle Scout.

SCHOLARSHIPS for EAGLES™ was formed to provide college scholarships for qualified Fairfax County and Northern Virginia  High School Seniors who earned their Eagle Scout Award.   We are fiscally sponsored by United Charitable, a non-profit 501 (c)(3).

July 25, 2017.  Pat Peavley (center) accepts signed photo of three Fairfax County High School Seniors who earned their Eagle Scout Award and are going to College.  2 of the 3 college scholarships were funded by McLean Mortgage.  McLean Mortgage is a local Mortgage Lender and is committed to helping Fairfax County students who earned their Eagle Scout Award go to college.  Many thanks to McLean Mortgage's community leadership and committment to the Boy Scout program.
